Palm Insure, Inc., a Managing General Agency specializing in Non-Standard Auto, has selected UDI to provide ongoing software support for their policy management system named PALMS. UDI will provide ongoing support for the MGA to allow them to continue enhancing their custom desktop software and agent portal.
UDI will also provide Palm Insure CIO level consulting, Quality Assurance processes, and strategic planning. Palm Insure chose UDI’s software support plan which allows the company to budget their IT expenses, to manage the priorities of the system maintenance, and expand their product offerings while eliminating their complete IT department.
